Get it booked in
Complete the order form below and once you've paid, you can pick the day you want us to do the Rapid Core Setup.
Once booked, we'll send you information on what we need from you in preparation for that day. This shouldn't take you more than 15-20 minutes to gather but we won't be able to do the setup without it.

Give us access
One of the few tasks we ask that you do before your Rapid Core Setup day is to grant us access to your HighLevel account (we'll send you step-by-step instructions on how to do). Then on the setup day, we'll meet for 30-45 minutes on Zoom, where we'll make sure that we can access your domain registrar, and this is also when we guide you through how to connect your payment processors, and your Google account (to set up your calendar, your Google Analytics and Search Console).

We'll get to work
We'll hit the ground running to connect your domains, and set you up with email compliance workflows that runs on autopilot to ensure your list remains clean and the deliverability high. We create the lead magnet with tripwire funnel, and the sales page funnel and all the needed workflows.
We also create the welcome email sequence and put the easy-to-customize email templates in your HighLevel template folder.

Once we've set everything up, you'll receive a walkthrough video from us showing you everything we've set up for you in your account, and your account is now ready to use!
We'll also give you access to the tutorials for how to customize the templates we've created for you in your account. In addition, we'll send you invites to join our weekly office hours for up to a month after the setup is complete and where you can ask us anything related to your account (this is advisory support and does not include any further implementations).

Yes it certainly can. We've spent thousands of hours in the tool, and being Certified HighLevel Admin, we're able to quickly and correctly complete the Rapid Core Setup for you.
Very little. Once you've booked and paid for your setup day, you'll receive an email from us listing everything we need from you, which essentially is you granting us access to your HighLevel account, and making sure you know your login credentials for your domain registrar, Stripe, PayPal and Google so that we can guide you through the process on the call we'll have on Zoom during setup day. If you want us to use your specific copy for the welcome email sequences, then you need to share that with us in prior to your setup day. The same applies if you want us to re-create your lead magnet, tripwire page or Sales funnel instead of using templates (these are add-on services you can select when checking out).
No, this setup service does not include adding your branding. However, we do offer a "branding service" as where we set everything up using your brand colors, logo, etc. This service also includes branding the Client Portal. If you want us to help you with that, make sure to mention it on our call.
