The idea of Solintro was born during a Zoom call about HighLevel in the spring of 2023, hosted by a business network I was a member of. While others dreaded a potential switch to a new platform, I was fascinated and started to geek out over the possibilities it opened. I knew this was an opportunity to help others embrace this powerful tool.
Fast forward to today, I’ve left my previous ventures behind, immersed myself in HighLevel, became certified, and have now dedicated myself to helping solopreneurs and small business owners eliminate tech headaches and empower them to build strong and effective customer journeys using HighLevel.
Today, Solintro offers a range of support to meet our clients wherever they are in their business journey. Some clients have us on retainer as their "fractional CTOs," guiding their long-term technology strategy. Others engage us for specific projects, such as setting up their tech infrastructure from scratch, designing a website using HighLevel, or migrating their entire marketing ecosystem to HighLevel.

Until two years ago, I was working as an Office Manager, utilizing my 12 years of experience in managing operations and customer service.
However, the two-hour daily commute finally got to me, and I decided it was time for a change. I quit my job to spend more time with my family and let my entrepreneurial spirit shine.
Initially, I was excited to grow my handmade felt flower business, but it didn’t take long to realize that my arthritis didn’t appreciate the long hours of felt manipulation.
I also knew that while I loved being at home, I couldn’t resist having a business to run.

Hey there, I'm Petra, co-founder of Solintro and also the founder of Automate to Elevate (which is where you'll find me when I'm not hanging out with Sam on Solintro).
Five years ago, I leaped off the corporate career ladder into the online business world because I was tired of starting over every time we moved—and my husband and I have itchy feet, with the longest we’ve ever stayed in one place being just two years 😂.
I wanted a career I could pour my heart and soul into without the constant resets.
My first venture was as a career coach—an obvious choice after having spent two decades coaching business leaders. But…my initial success soon tanked because I struggled with consistency, and with drawing so much attention to myself. If you’re a fellow introvert, I’m sure you can relate to the need for “hermiting" (shouldn't that be a word?).
This led me to dive into digital marketing, where I discovered my passion for SEO. I got so hooked that I started an SEO agency, helping bloggers get to the top of the search results pages.
But it wasn’t just SEO that caught my attention; I was captivated by the idea of automating the entire customer journey. I envisioned a system where automation still felt as personal and valuable as a human-to-human interaction, where customers could genuinely get to know, like, and trust a business owner beyond a typical welcome-and-nurture email series sprinkled with sales pitches, but that didn’t require the business owner to constantly be online.
So I immersed myself deeper into automations, funnels, email marketing, and conversion copywriting, which eventually led me to go all in on helping others automate and elevate their businesses (and life) the same way.
Being a “bridge” or a “translator.”
In the past, this has meant having in-depth, technical discussions with developers one minute to ensure they're building an HR system that users actually want to use. The next minute, I'm explaining to HR teams how to integrate and use these systems effectively, helping them streamline their processes to let the technology do the heavy lifting.
Other times, my role has been in the boardroom, negotiating with senior executives to not just manage layoffs with integrity but to invest more in the people being let go. I’ve coached leaders to prioritize humanity over process one minute, and then worked directly with those impacted in the next, helping them navigate through the change and find new and better opportunities.
These days, being a "bridge" or "translator" means I get to take all the tricky digital marketing stuff and break it down into simple and straightforward strategies that you, as a small business owner, can easily grasp and implement. And we get to help you build a strong foundation for your business and scale it without losing the personal touch that makes your brand unique.
